Who will be cleaning my house?

We are a small family owned and operated cleaning business so there will be either Jennifer, Ricky, or Heather Arreola. 

How does it work?

One time deep clean:

Our policy is to never eat, drink, or use any appliance (unless needed to properly clean it or do laundry) during your home cleaning service. For one time cleanings we may only communicate by text or email because we are working when you are too. Arrangements will need to be made to enter your home and how to lock it when done. We will contact you immediately upon arrival BEFORE work starts if there are any issues with condition, timing will be extended for condition being more work than previously quoted. If DURING the cleaning issues arise we will contact you again for how to proceed. Please be available for texts or phone calls. 

We provide all the necessary equipment and products. We ask that there is no one home during a deep clean for safety reasons. Fumes from ovens, moved furniture, wet floors can cause unnecessary accident. If the home is not occupied in the case of a move out or in we need the power and water on. 

Routine Maintenance:

Before setting up a routine cleaning someone will come over to walk the home with you present. We will discuss your needs and how long it will take and pricing. Regular house cleanings are typically every 2 or 3 weeks, and are $40/ hour. The first month or two may be getting the home into a condition suitable for regular maintenance or a deep cleaning can jump start the process. 

We ask that you provide a set of 12 microfiber washcloths. We will use them and wash them. We will also use your vacuum and mop. Vacuum and mop needs vary a lot by flooring type, pets, and area rugs. Homeowners already have the right vacuum and mop for their floors. We bring all the cleaning products needed unless you have a preference, then we will use what you provide.
